How it works
Two Hours is All it Takes: We'll be doing 2 focus sessions each morning, one at 9am Pacific and one at 10am Pacific. Each hour is designed to optimize your concentration. At 9am we start a 50-minutes timer, play the focus playlist, and you'll jam on that #1 priority until the timer goes off.
Short Break: After the first 50-minute session, we take a 10-minute break. Rest, reflect on your achievements, take a deep breath, and prepare for your second 50-minute burst of productivity.
Doors Open Early: Join up to 15 mins early (at 8:45am Pacific) to review our Pre-Flight Checklist and commit to your Top 2 Tasks. This gently ensures your environment is ready and you're mentally prepared to focus on your biggest needlemovers of the day.
