VIDEO: 4 ways to start a gratitude practice that WORKS
I used to be non-stop busy all day, but by the end of the day I'd still feel unaccomplished and overwhelmed.
I always felt behind.
No matter how hard I tried, I felt like I couldn't catch up with everything.
Then I discovered the greatest counterintuitive productivity secret ever...
I started a gratitude practice.
A daily gratitude practice made me feel more grateful for my life and my day (obviously), but it also had another surprising benefit.
Reflecting with a daily gratitude practice gave me a sense of incremental progress and accomplishment.
It trained me to have a sense of appreciation for what I’ve accomplished so far.
Then I started moving forward into the next day feeling grateful for how far I've come, with more spaciousness and joy, instead of rush, overwhelm and ultimately, burnout.
This changed everything.
Looking back, today I get even more done and I know that I’m doing enough, when before it was never enough.
But all this “productivity” talk isn’t really the point.
I now feel more FULFILLED along the way and enjoy what I have in my life NOW.
So in this video I’ll reveal to you the gratitude practices that worked for me.
…to feel that sense of appreciation and accomplishment day-to-day, enjoy the journey more, and live a more fulfilling life of peace and ease!
